Posting/cant mark as dispatched

I have sold some items and used my own on line Royal Mail account to send as Tracked 48.

I can't mark the items as dispatched as get stuck in the ebay postage loop. I've messaged the buyers to explain and that's all ok. Will this cause a problem with release of funds

If you've bought your own label to add the new tracking number and mark as dispatched you still need to generate the original prepaid label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.  That has to be done on a desktop browser.

After that if you've paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you cannot manage to do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.

I have tried to do those over the last couple of days however I get a message saying 'it's not you, it's us. Our server is currently fown'

There seems no sign of this changing
