I have sold a car bumper but when I listed the item i choose the wrong size for postage with Royal Mail. I need to send the item via parcel force. How can I change the delivery option? Thanks
If it is a Simple Delivery label you can't change it unless you want to buy and pay for the postage yourself. You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
