Hi there

I am trying to get in touch with these guys to see if they can produce a poster for me, so far I have only received an automated response saying they are having problems with their inbox on EBay which obviously I have used. 
They say email is the best option to contact them but I can’t find one so any help would be very much appreciated.

If they are a registered UK business seller their contact details should be provided at the foot of any of their listings, or past listings. If they're not a business seller, until an item has been purchased eBay prohibits contacting them in any other way than by eBay messages.

Hi there
Thank you for your response, I presume they are a registered uk company as they are based in Wales, their address is in the contact details but nothing else, I’ve just noticed they sell on Amazon so have tried contact through that means.
