a buyer bought a T-shirt from me I posted it he received it and he is happy. Then I accidentally posted an item to the buyer in error which should’ve gone to someone else  now he is refusing to return it. I don’t understand why I was able to use the postage label two times. What can I do.

You would need to supply buyer with a label to return it, but really unless they co-operate nothing you can do.

The workings of this system are beyond me. If you needed to printva second label itvwould probably not be available.

Lesson to learn is always check, it is dangerous to rely on ebay to get anything right including cost of postage.
