Postal Label Unavailable

I sold an item however the postal label wouldn't let me gain access so I was unable to print/access the QR code. I had to send myself at an extra cost to ensure delivery within the time frain. Can I claim the original postage back since I never used it?

For the unused label:

  If you paid for the label , with Seller Pays for postage on the listing, you can cancel it here,  and you must do this within 14 days:

If the buyer paid for it,   Buyer Pays for Postage,  it will be refunded to the buyer, automatically in 30 days.
