Sorry if this has been asked already but can someone tell me why sometimes the "Simple Delivery " option comes up and I can't alter it and other times I can alter it as another option is included and it can state my own postage? Not sure if this makes sense! Ebay only seem to have one price for a large letter yet Royal Mail has 4 - up to 100gm, 250gm, 500gm then 1kg. I hate charging customers more than they need to pay and /or having to pay it myself for free delivery when I could send it cheaper
