so I’ve listed an item and specified a delivery with Evri. 

I have now used Dpd instead as I have an account with them, but eBay is pushing me to process the label through evri. 

can I cancel the label and obtain the refund

or is there any other way of marking this off as dispatched.

currently on my dispatch module it’s showing that it’s still pending dispatch

Have you read about Simple Delivery which offers buyers a choice of Evri or Royal Mail?

Private sellers have to use Simple Delivery.  Properly registered business sellers are free to choose their own carriers.

To mark as dispatched you still have to generate the original label.   You may also then be able to change the tracking number (has to be done on a desktop browser).

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
