Postage

Hi all I have sold an item that I listed for collection only but someone has bought it and didn’t realise it was collection only.

they have asked if I will post it and I have said yes…

my question is how do I now set up postage on it

It would be better if you cancel, with buyer's agreement, and relist with postage for the buyer to buy again.
