I recently started selling on my wife’s account as I am now retired and the other day one chap bought 3 pairs of sunglasses off me then when I went to post them I had three separate payment options and unfortunately i used all three . The first two said I had to pay postage one to Royal Mail one to evri then the third one is the sale he paid postage on so I sent all 3 pairs on this sale with evri but now they are due for payment to me and two are still showing as dispatched. How do I remedy this please
