Depending on whether you wish to send your item with the postage incorporated with the item price or whether you prefer to list the postage separately, your buyer will pay the total price you have set.
You can choose to tick the box : Buyer pays postage,
or: Seller pays postage.
With the former you set the postage separately on the form.
With the latter you add the postage price to the item price.
Either way the buyer pays the postage
