I should have paid £2.94 postage for the item I have sold and been charged £5.46 on my account

If the label is incorrect you can cancel it to get a refund.   On your orders page select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.   Go to the dropdown actions menu next to the label and select Void Label.    Then buy again or buy your own postage from your post office.    If you buy your own remember to mark dispatched and add tracking manually via the dropdown menu arrow for the item.

You are charged £5.46 by Evri when your buyer is in one of their remote zones 'Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland' many couriers charge extra for these areas.

You could let the buyer know and send by Royal Mail who charge the same for whole of UK

You could cancel the order but the buyer would probably leave you a negative feedback or send by RM for £3.25 small parcel buying the label online,it's only 36p extra and you should have a happy buyer.
