Postage

Hi could someone please help with problem solving postage costs buyer chose postage but didn't fit criteria for the post office letter size . Had to ask for refund and post in small jiffy instead as item was fragile . Informed buyer and sent proof with receipt of new price but had no response . It hasn't come up as delivered even though I know it has . It's not much difference but looks bad as it says undelivered and as a seller trying to get a respectable reputation it doesn't help

Postage

If you cannot change the tracking  yourself,  contact eBay Customer Services,  and they'll change the tracking for you.  Their lines are currently closed but reopen at 8 a.m.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

 

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. 

 

You cannot ask a buyer for more money as they pay the postage cost you select on the listing for the item.
