Postage

I’ve just sold an item. It was marked as to be collected in person. Buyer wants me to add postage costs to the invoice. Any idea how I do that?

You'll have to cancel the current transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with postage for the buyer to buy again. 

 

You don't have to agree to post it if  you prefer not.   If so you can cancel as above but use the reason "problem with buyer's address".
