Postage

A buyer has bought an item I was selling and when I went to go retrieve the postage label it says ‘No service is available’. Pack link is no help either? The buyer has paid for postage and the item and that’s all fine but I can’t actually get the postage label. How do i solve this? Thanks.

It looks like you listed with Simple Delivery so Packlink should not be involved.

Could you explain what you mean by 'retrieve the label'?

Also as a heads up, it's against the rules to list something on ebay and another site at the same time.

Thanks for the heads up! Wasn’t aware of this. 

By retrieving the label I mean the “get postage label” button. It takes me through to there but the I can’t purchase a postage label or get anything from that next page at all.

I think I may have to contact the buyer and cancel the order and re-list with the pack link options!
