I snet an iem with Evri, used Simple Delivery. When the package was delivered it was already opened and some contents missing. The buyer raised the issue, was told by Ebay that the simplest solution was to take it up with the seller. Foolishly, I refunded the buyer and thought I could claim from Evri. Evri say that as it was Simple Delivery I need to take it up with Ebay. Ebay say that as I have refunded the buyer, the matter is 'resolved' and they can't do anything, take it up with Evri. Buyer is happy, Ebay are happy, Evri are happy. I'm not. I am £80 out of pocket.
