Postage unavailable still posted it will I get payed for my item?

On my checkout to print a label it came up postal service unavailable, so I hand written the address and posted the item out 48 hour tracked at my expense now it’s saying postal over due will I get payed for my item I have proof of the postage on a receipt regards Danny

As in many cases money is released within 24 hours now, even before posting, I cannot see why there should be any delay.

I always post next day, but frequently find money released within hours on day of payment.

You will get paid,  but it may take a minimum of 14 days.

See if you can manually add the new tracking number this way:

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

Just to add there is a new system of payout, and that is,  using Simple Delivery,  once the buyer has paid,  payouts are released within 24 hours.

However,  you were unable to use SD, so your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 days.

You will be paid but it may just take a longer time to release your payout.
