Postage refund

Buyer bought an item, stated it wasn’t working, requested a return. I paid for & sent a return label. Item was never returned. Case closed, I kept payment for item. However, will I also be reimbursed for the postage label that wasn’t used. Thank you

You don't pay for the label unless it was scanned, which obviously it hasn;t so there will b no payment needed.
