Hey. A buyer changed (reduced) the postage price for something and I didn't notice. I printed the (£3.50 approx ) label and realised she had reduced the cost. I then cancelled the label. I printed the postage label she had selected (£1.55). I took it to the post office and the wouldn't accept it as it was incorrect. I then cancelled the postage label. The postage price I placed in the advert was correct. I explained this to the buyer who cancelled the order and got a full refund. I am now out of pocket by 2 postage label charges. This was about 12 days ago. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you bought the labels through eBay, you can receive a refund for the unused labels this way:
Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/
The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
