Postage receipts

How long to store postage receipts? 
I used to keep them 3 months but am now wondering if it’s too long as eBay give you feedback after 2 weeks or so and you get the money 2 days after delivery. 
is the sale complete with no repercussions after this time?

When selling, I used to keep them for 6 months, I think chargebacks can go back that far ?  Or maybe it's 120 days,  but 6 months seems a safe bet !

At one time it was recommended to keep for 12 months, it really depends on how far back a payment provider will go if the buyer reports not received or not as described.

Ebay and paypal only allow 30 days, but credit card companies will go back at least 6 months.

I keep mine for at least 6 months to cover myself against a chargeback.
