Postage options

I only create listings for downloads so I do not need to set up the Postage options. How to I do that? Thank you for any help.

Have you looked at Ebay's policy for electronically delivered items?  You are listing your items as 'collection only' and listing them in the wrong category.

If you were listing them correctly, using the classified advertisement format, you would not have this issue.

Electronically delivered items need to be listed in the Everything Else > Information Products category in the classified ad format. If the classified format isn't available on the seller's eBay site, electronically delivered items are not allowed.

I can't see any current listings so I can't really advise.

You have to use the classified ad format - as above.

Your item is not listed as a classified ad.

It may simply be that your items are not allowed on the UK site.
