Postage only (Custom postage option)

I know there have been several threads about the current problems with the custom postage option and we have the same.

From last week, for some items we are able to choose custom postage and for others (even though they are the same price, stamps under £10) we cannot change from simple to custom postage.

Any ideas why it is random for us and how to outcome or is this another glitch? Is Ebay actually phasing out this option?

You are still supposed to be able to opt out of SD for stamps under £10 but the system is still glitchy.   Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
