Postage not showing on buyers page but showing on item page

If I look at my sellers page my items say seller paying postage, but on the item page it’s showing the amount the buyer has to pay.  Is this normal?  I have put for buyer to pay postage, not sold on here for years so not sure how it all works now.

Buyer pays sold price and postage as listed. 

You use this money to buy postage from your chosen carrier.
