Chilly5 doesn’t work

Hi there I’m trying to use the Chilly5 on my trainers order and won’t allow me to use the code..?

I'm not familiar with this item,  but if purchased through eBay ,  you'll need to contact the seller.

Go to your Purchase History page,  right of the item purchased , to More Actions,  from there click on Contact Seller.
