I have been charged twice for postage label I didn't print label but it said dispatched. Then I went in to print label and it charged me again can you help please.

If you didn't use Simple Delivery find the label on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions". Click on that then click on "Void Label".
If you did use SD, had free postage on the listing and so paid for the label you can cancel the unused one here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
