Postage label says 1kg but my package to send is 2.5kg.

I have sold an item and the ebay postage label with Evri says 1kg. My parcel weighs 2.5kg. What do i do?

Probably best to cancel/refund (via the dropdown menu for item on your orders list) with buyer's agreement (after explaining problem to them) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy again.
