Postage issues with evri costs

Hi all.  I've had no issues before selling items.  But the latest has me stumped.  I sold an item and the buyer paid 2.94 for evri postage.  I went to purchase the label and it wanted to charge me 5.46 for larger post costs. But it's been sold with and paid for 1kg post costs. The buyer isn't responding. Evri and eBay all I can get is bloody AI chat bots who have no idea what I'm on about.  How can I resolve this. Can't ideas.  Help me Obi wan, you're my only hope

It is not impossible that your buyer lives in an area where Evri charge more. Only zroysl Mail charge same price for all parts of the UK

If you can use Royal Mail at a price close to what buyer has paid, suggest you cancel evri label, and use Royal Mail at the Post Office.
