Postage issue

I've brought an item , but when I go to my basket it says " seller will not ship to the Channel islands " been in touch with seller who says he will . Seller has been in touch with eBay who say the advert is all correctly listed and the problem is my end . Any thoughts

Ask your seller if they would agree to deselect Evri from their postal options,  and also to add you to their buyer's exemption list in their Site preferences,  that should allow you to proceed buy and pay for that item.
