Postage issue

Hi can anyone help?

I’ve posted an item to a buyer via Royal Mail.
the address which came up to send it to turns out to be a click and collect newsagent.

apparently I should have printer a prepaid label and got a QR code, but I selected that id post the item track 48 with Royal Mail.
how can my buyer obtain the parcel from the newsagent?

The buyer should still be able to collect it.

When you wrote the address, did you include the eCP code as part of the address?

As long as you did that, the shop will be able to accept it and match it to your buyer.

You may need to contact Ebay Customer Services to ask them to change the tracking from the Ebay label to your RM 48 tracking number.
