Postage is defaulting to "£15 Royal Mail"

Hi,

I've checked my postal setings but for some reason it defaults to "£15 Royal Mail" even an item I advertised as free posatge, the buyer received an email saying it would cost them £15.

Any ideas how to cancel this please?

Thanks in advance

Nick

I am seeing your items as free postage/seller pays.

Where does your buyer live?

Hi,
Thanks for responding.
They live in Northern Ireland (Which could be it?)

Maybe?

I assume it is NI - with a BT postcode?

If you are posting with Royal Mail, the cost is the same as for the rest of the UK, but some carriers do add a surcharge for NI.
