How can i put royal mail special delivery at £2500 compensation when adding shipping to my auction. When ever I put up a new sale it randomly puts either £500 or £750

Personally, I would ignore what it states on the listing - it is not really relevant.

When you post the items, take them to the Post Office and pay for the increased cover there rather than buying labels through Ebay.

Hi, thanks for that. But then where is the option for putting my own tracking?

You can enter tracking after a sale.

From the dropdown menu, you just choose 'enter tracking'.

I always buy postage direct from the Post Office and have no issues adding the tracking.
