Postage fees

I have been charged for printing a postage label but havnt printed one

Go to orders, select postage labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.

If you bought your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.

Have a check here with the link below, in case one was made by mistake , but not used, you can get it refunded.  It may take 24 hours to appear before being able to cancel it.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
