Postage fee for 3 items not one

Hi

I have sold an item and the cost for postage is £13.62 each. My buyer has paid for 3 items but only postage for one. The buyer is willing to pay the additional cost of £27.24.

How do they send that to me so I can purchase two more lables.

If there's a single label available from ebay correct for the overall weight that suggests the three are combined into one parcel.   If that is not possible you will probaby have to cancel the transactions  (refund will be issued in the process) and relist for them to buy and pay again separately.
