Postage errors

Hi,

Twice I have posted an item to my buyer and I have paid the postage myself at the post office.  Ebay have taken the money to their account and not mine. Can someone help please 🙏 I have not asked for a pre paid label either times. TIA

If it was Simple Deilvery the cost of that unused label will be refunded to whoever paid for it after 30 days.

It is not a mistake.

Your items are listed with Simple Delivery so the buyer pays the postage cost to Ebay and Ebay issue a label or a QR code.

You don't have to ask for a paid label, using the new system it is created automatically.  The tracking is added and the item is marked as sent, using the tracking from the prepaid label so payment to you will be delayed.
