Postage cost

I have sold an item and in the listing I generated a postage cost. This postage cost now has doubled when I go to print the label. And it says ‘Buyers postage request’ . I have contacted the buyer and they said they have not requested anything regarding postage. Has anyone had this happen and how is it resolved? Thanks

If buyer is in highlands or islands, then Evri charge more, but you can't make buyer pay more than listed.

Royal mail charge same for all of country.
