Postage charge inconsistency: free or chargeable?

Depending on where I look within Ebay, this item I'm selling shows as free postage for buyer, or postage chargeable!  Just wanting to flag up the discrepancy but can't find a way to send pictures to Ebay directly.

There is no BIN so postage is meaningless. As soon as you have a bid the BIN disappears.
