When setting up a sale, I keep getting this warning relating to postage.
If you wish to offer either flat rate or calculated postage, then you must select at least one domestic postal service, other than or in addition to collect in person. I have chosen royal mail and evri, (these were preset by myself before the error) as I have used them for over 12 months. When i press the upload ie when everything has been filled in / chosen, I keep getting the error. It doesn't matter what I choose, I can't get passed this hurdle.
This occurs on all my laptops, I have emptied my cashe, (I've even used a new computer,) and used numerous browsers. Also I have tried my Ipad.
I Know this is an error, that has occurred with folk before, but I have tried some of the solutions, ie browser, cashe etc to no avail. Thank you, Carl.
