Postage Payment With-held by e-bay

                I sold an item last week and received the payment OK but ebay have not paid me the postage which I believe Iam entitled to, can anyone  enlighten me on this matter........thanks

If it had Simple Delivery the buyer pays for the postage label which the seller then prints out to use.
