Postage Headache Using Simple Delivery Options

Simple Delivery options are not suitable for my large Lego set, the dimensions are too big for the medium size option,  and there is no option for large package.

Can I just opt out and buy my own postage from  Parcelforce?

Thank you for your post.

We are aware of an issue with some sellers not being able to select postage options for oversized packages and this is currently being looked into.

In the meantime as a workaround for packages that are up to 20kg and up to 120cm in length you can do the below.

Set your postage preference to Evri only. When listing the item, select the medium parcel preset associated with the appropriate parcel weight. It will continue to display up to 61x46x46cm but Evri will accept parcels once no one side exceeds 120cm in length.
