I sold a small bottle of perfume with postage selected by me of £2.69 which the buyer has paid and when I try to print the label the cost is showing of £6.19 and a weight of 10kgs which is ridiculous and not true obviously.
Ebay says its the buyer's selection so how to I change it back to £2.69 which is correct for its size and weight.
The ebay customer services live chat is useless so I am asking the ebay community here to help me please
