Post Office

The post office were supposed to come and collect my sale which I packaged up and had it ready for them. They were supposed to bring a label with my purchasers address. This is my first sale. The post office didn't turn up (typical!). What do you recommend doing now?

Did you get the email from Royal Mail confirming the collection?

You need to understand, Post Office does not collect or deliver. Royal Mail collects and delivers.

Hello John, Thanks for that, I am not sure how I get in touch with Royal mail now that I have gone past today's date. Being my first sale on ebay I wanted to oblige the purchaser and not sure what I do now to rectify the situation?
