I listed a piano on eBay for 99p. It was bought and I messaged the buyer to ask when they would like to collect. Two days later I sent another message to say I hadn't heard from them and got a reply asking for my postcode. I replied within 12 hours but never received any further communication. Three days later I cancelled the order and refunded the buyer. I'm still being asked to give feedback about the buyer. I'd like to give neutral feedback as this reflects my feelings about them but the only option is POSITIVE which seems a bit odd.
What should I do?
