Poor Customer Service

We recently sold an item now we list them at £45.99 (item number 306152397248) we have no idea how this buyer achieved it but he bought the roller for £15 we have never listed them for that price its way below what we pay for them. I cancelled the sale and messaged the buyer to explain and to ask him how he managed to get it for £15 but we had no reply but he did leave us negative feedback.. We contacted eBay asking them to look into sale and remove his feedback as the sale seemed very dodgy however eBay were way more than ignorant to the problem very very poor service from them. I have asked eBay 6 times how he managed to get it for such a low price but they have just ignored the question.

I do not have access to your account,  but can see from that negative feedback that the £45.99 price for the roller has been crossed out so it looks like an offer was accepted.

Look through your sales transactions ( link below)  see if this is what happened.

Trying to see the feedback, it would appear that ebay have again made unnecessary changes, but saw that you do not post to NI.

Wondered if you were aware that you could block buyers from NI which would have avoided the negs.IMG_9766.png

Hi Yes it has a 12% coupon still wouldn't drop it to £15 also we have postage on them at £5.15 and even that wasn't paid by the buyer how did he remove the postage only explanation is an eBay glitch just a shame ebay buried there heads in the sand an item listed at 45.99 plus £5.15 for postage and he gets it for £15 all in come on its not rocket science something went badly wrong buy the time you takes fees off that and postage might as well have giving it to him we would lose a fortune.

On that transaction link I have given above,  what is the breakdown of that item?  What was paid what was received?

Did you have any listing fees or promotions that may have been  paid from that payout?

The payment transaction link will show you all fees paid.

Poor Customer Service

If i am selling items on ebay for £45.99 and only receiving £15 of it and paying for postage out of that at £8.99 i wouldn't be in business very long. Considering the item costs us twice what he paid for it. It's not rocket science something went wrong with that sale. There are no excuses or covering up for ebay this time

Umm, hope you're not accusing me of ' covering up for eBay ? ! ' Why on earth would I do that ?

The link shows you the breakdown of what eBay take for fees , promotions ( have you promoted items? ) if it still doesn't give you that answer as we have no access to your account here, contact eBay Customer Services they have full access to your account, and can explain any fee,  and payout.

There is no cover up, they will give you the answers you need.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
