Policy Violation cannot proceed

eBay listed a policy violation and took an item off sale, BUT IS IT STILL IN THE ACTIVE LISTING? I cannot proceed with listing items for sale and cannot contact anyone to discuss resolving the issue. There is no option to solve this with Chatbot. This is VERY BAD SERVICE. EBAY SERVICE SUCKS.

Ebay can probably explain what has happened regards the violation as they can view your account and we can't,so get a call back from them here, eBay Customer Service

Suggest > Not sold for a year or more --- may need an account update using a PC/Laptop before listing again >.

Should the error message persist, try adding a Bank Card # to your Managed Payments setup in order to send and receive  payments using these links .
