I've registered my card with eBay but everytime I try to buy something I get the above message 

Is this normal? If so, is there any advice?

Hi liha_4828, thanks for your post.

This can happen every now and then, so this is relatively normal, sometimes banks security system are triggered while shopping online, and this is the result of it. If you call your bank, they should be able to get that sorted for you.
