Sold an iPhone as spares and repairs now they have taken it apart and are asking for a refund?? Can they do this?? It was sold as spares and repairs with full pictures I don’t know what they have done to the parts inside now etc?

You can send them a polite message that under eBay rules,  if an item has been dismantled it is not in the same condition as sent out,  and thus invalidates eBay's MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy for a refund.
