Pick up points

Just wondering what's going on with the pick up point where my parcels should go.

Both 1st and 2ndtime I've had deliveries sent to the same pick up point Both have been returned to sender. 

Now is this bad luck or is something going wrong with the actual pick up address!!!!

2 possible reasons.

If seller didn't put ECP code on, shop will refuse it.

You have 7 days to collect from delivery,  if no collection code, you have to contact eBay for it.

You can try opening not received case, but if you failed to collect item you may lose.
