Person buying then later requesting return more than once and only happens with that one person !

 Really frustrated ,sold an item and sent it and then realised this person bought from me before and requested a refund this has NEVER happened to me other than with this person how can you have eBay look how many times this person does this as I assume they are hoping you just say ‘ keep the item ‘ and I’ll issue a refund!!! EBay should realise sellers posting and refunding buyers post is a lot to lose

Most if not all sellers BLOCK anyone who makes a claim then it never happens again.

Why are they requesting a refund? you say NO RETURNS, so the only returns you have to accept are for NOT AS DESCRIBED.

Ebay will not get involved, but I suggest you read buyers feedback, especially feedback he leaves for others AND BLOCK HIM FOR THE FUTURE.

The person involved bought six China cups I stated they were used had fire marks but they say they had chips cracks etc I checked throughly before sending and this wasn’t the case the same person bought a cup and saucer from me a few months ago and said the same when I requested she sent them back when I received them back I could not see what she was talking about but with eBay they can’t see the items so side with the buyer ! I’ve sold very similar items before and NEVER had a refund request

Go to 'help & contact' top left of your Ebay page and put 'block a bidder' as the search term.

You can also report them for abusing the Money Back Guarantee.  Again, use 'help & contact' and search 'report a buyer'.
