Hi , I need an advice regarding payout. So i recently sold an item and the funds shows that its available from 16th of January. But I can’t withdraw it because it says 

Verification in progress Thanks for resolving the open issues with your account.

We'll update you soon to let you know if your verification was success

I believe it maybe because there was an item and the buyer opened the refund case without even me getting delivered to him, i did issue the refund but I believe the case is till open because of that I cant get payout. Does someone know how to solve it?

If you refunded via the buyer's case it should have closed.   But ebay are saying that you have resolved the issues so you should be OK.   They often do take a bit longer to release held payments afterwards.

You could contact them in the morning and ask them to check it for you.   Click on the help link at the top of any page.   Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant.   Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to someone.
