Payout on hold

Hello,

I’ve been emailed that my payouts are on hold and I should add a payment method but I have a card saved for payouts so I’m confused why i got that email.

Check your card is up to date.    You can also contact ebay and ask them to check what the problem is by requesting a callback on here:

Payouts are only to bank accounts not cards. So if you have not added your bank details eg a six figure sort code and 8 digit account then you won’t get payouts via managed payments.

Hello,

I added my debit card and I re added the debit card it’s not showing payout
on hold anymore.
Also do I have to complete the criteria to get paid.
