Very odd, because I cannot see your sold watch in ' Sold items ' either. Is it not in your Orders on your Overview page?
You have returned to selling after a break, have you registered with eBay's Managed Payments? You may need to verify a bank account which is usually done with eBay sending 2 micro deposits for you to confirm back. Or to confirm the bank registered on your account, to prove the genuine owner and not a hacker has returned to your account to sell.

With such limits to your account, i.e. none, if the above is not the case then contact CS they do have access to your account , and can hopefully explain what has happened here.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
